We get it. You’re looking to build a business, and you have questions. Below you’ll find some of the most common questions that will help you understand the CleaningUp! Courses.

Is this a subscription or a one-time fee?

You may choose between a single payment of $TBD (due immediately) or 3 monthly payments of $TBD. If you elect to pay for Cleaning Up “Solo Track” or “Company Track” Course in full, you can pay in one payment of $TBD. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today, and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $TBD. 

How long do I have to complete the course?

As a member you will have as long as you need to complete the course and will always have access to course materials and documents.

How much time should I expect to complete the course?

You should expect to complete the course within 12 weeks though this will vary. There is no set deadline for course completion and students are encouraged to learn at their own pace.

What is your refund policy?

The Company provides a money-back guarantee for the Program.  That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. The Company provides a 21-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 21 days of enrollment, contact our support team at admin@cleaningup.co and let us know you’d like a refund by the 21st day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 21st day, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
 
  1. Fully completed Homework pages from Module 2
  2. Fully completed Homework pages from Module 3 (except passwords worksheets).
  3. Proof you’ve registered your business with your state (paid receipt of registration).
  4. Proof that you have obtained general liability insurance (paid receipt).
  5. Live links to at least 3 social media accounts advertising your services.  Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google My Business listings all qualify.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 21 days following the date of purchase. After day 21, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 21 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
If I have questions not answered by the course, are you available for individual questions?

We offer help several times each week over live Zoom sessions with your mentor and peers. We also offer community support through our closed Facebook group that is only available to students as well as a growing resource library of support documents.

How long should I expect an ROI on my investment in this course?

Your return on investment for this course will depend on your application of the knowledge and resources provided through the course. While there are plenty of variables to starting a cleaning business, we believe that you can achieve success by following the steps outlined in our programs.
